Final Cleaning and local tax
Final cleaning:
2-room apartment for 2-3 persons: € 40,00
3-room apartment for 3-5 persons: € 60,00
4-room apartment for 5-7 persons: € 80,00
Overnight stay tax: until 30.4.2025: € 2.00 per day per person over 15 years of age
Overnight stay tax and mobility tax: from 1.5.2025: € 3.10 per person over 15 years per day
Costs for electricity and heating are included in the price.
All prices incl. value added tax.
The basis for bookings are the booking conditions according to the Austrian hotel regulations.
Terms of payment: We kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your reservation. Our bank details can be found in the reservation confrmation, which will be sent to you immediately after the booking is completed.
Cancellation Policy: Up to 30 days before arrival, guests can cancel free of charge. If a cancellation is made between 30 days and 7 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 30 % of the total price, in case of cancellation in the last 7 days before arrival 70 % of the total price and on for cancelation on the day of arrival 90% of the total price.

Check-in/check-out
Our apartments are available from 3 pm on the day of arrival until 10 am on the day of departure. However, on request, an earlier check-in or later check-out is possible depending on the booking situation!
